This policy applies to: Rise PMS Website; Rise PMS Mobile App; Rise PMS Project Management Platform; and related services provided by Rise PMS.

Depending on how you use Rise PMS and enabled features, we may process:

Full name, Email, Phone number (if provided), Organization details, Workspace information, Role and access permissions, Account authentication data.

2.2. Project Data

Project name, Project information, Documents, Records, Images, File attachments, Comments, Submissions, Activity logs, Collaboration data.

2.3. Uploaded Media & Files

Files and photos explicitly selected and uploaded by users. Rise PMS only requests device permissions necessary for corresponding functions.

2.4. Device & Application Data

Device model, Operating System, App version, Session data, Device/app push notification tokens, Technical diagnostic logs. Not used for unrelated purposes.

2.5. Service Usage Data

Login timestamps, System activity logs, Project operations, Technical error logs, Security logs.

3. Purpose of Data Usage

Creating & managing accounts; User authentication; Providing project management features; Document storage & display; Enabling collaboration; Processing comments & project activities; Push notifications; Platform security & fraud prevention; Debugging & performance optimization; Legal compliance.

Rise PMS commits 100% NOT to sell personal information to third parties.

4. Information Sharing

4.1. Workspace & Project Members

Project data may be visible to members with corresponding access permissions configured by the organization or workspace.

4.2. Service Providers

Hosting, Storage, Database, Notifications, Security, Monitoring, and Infrastructure providers who access data solely to perform services for Rise PMS under strict confidentiality.

4.3. Legal Requirements

Information may be disclosed to comply with applicable laws, legal processes, enforcement requests, or to protect platform security and user safety.

5. Camera & Images

Camera permissions are only used when users actively take or upload inspection photos/documents. Photos uploaded become part of project data. We do not run camera background monitoring.

6. Push Notifications

Rise PMS uses push notifications for project updates, comments, submissions, and system alerts. Users can manage notification preferences in device settings.

7. Data Security

We enforce technical and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

8. Data Retention

Data is retained as long as necessary to maintain accounts, provide services, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Unneeded data is erased or anonymized.

9. Account & Data Deletion

Users have the right to request deletion at https://risepms.com/en/delete-account. Verified requests will erase account and personal data.

10. User Rights

11. Children's Data

Rise PMS is a professional business platform not intended for children.

12. Third-Party Services

Third-party technology integrations operate under appropriate security and data protection standards.
