Rise PMS Account Deletion Request
Rise PMS respects user data control. You may request account and data deletion at any time.
1. What Will Be Deleted
Rise PMS Account, profile details, authentication credentials, push tokens, and associated personal data.
2. Project & Organization Data
Project records belonging to an enterprise/workspace remain under organizational governance per contract policies.
3. Retained Data
Data required by law, security audits, dispute resolution, or fraud prevention may be retained as legally permitted.
4. How to Request Account Deletion
Method 1 — Inside the Rise PMS Mobile App
1. Log into Rise PMS App → 2. Go to Profile / Account Settings → 3. Select Delete Account → 4. Confirm request.
Method 2 — Via Email / Web Form Below
Email admin@risepms.com with subject 'Request to Delete Rise PMS Account' and your registered email.

Important Notice Before Requesting:
- Account deletion permanently revokes access to Projects, Documents, Files, Comments, and Activity History.
- Please download or back up any essential files before submitting your deletion request.
- Deactivating an account is not a substitute for an account deletion request.
