Frequently Asked Questions

RisePMS is suitable for all project types: residential, apartment, office, infrastructure, industrial zones. The system supports customizable folder structures, so you can apply any ISO standard that fits your project's specifics.

Connect via Microsoft Azure App Registration and enter your tenant ID, client ID, and client secret on the Settings > SharePoint page. Then enable Live Mirror, and every upload/delete/rename in RisePMS will automatically sync to SharePoint without manual action.

All files are stored on Vultr S3 in private mode — no one can access them directly via URL. Downloads are generated via presigned URLs valid for 5 minutes. HTTPS communication, rate limiting, and CSRF protection are all enabled by default.

Yes. RisePMS supports multi-organization — each organization has its own space, users, projects, and independent permissions. A Super Admin can manage everything from one interface.

RisePMS fully supports Vietnamese (vi), English (en), and Japanese (ja) — including both the application interface and approval notification emails. Users can switch languages anytime from the header bar.
