Project collaborators are external partners (like clients, supervisors, or subcontractors) invited to a specific project to upload or approve documents. RisePMS does not charge for collaborator accounts to encourage seamless collaboration in your construction projects.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from your account billing dashboard. Upon upgrading, you will be billed the pro-rated difference. Upon downgrading, the difference will be applied as credit for your next billing cycle.
Every new account automatically starts with a 14-day trial of our Growth plan, with no credit card required. After 14 days, if you do not subscribe to a paid plan, your account will be downgraded to the limited free trial tier or suspended until payment.
If your storage usage exceeds your plan limits (e.g. 100GB on Growth), we will notify you 7 days in advance. You can clean up old files, set up mirror syncing to your own SharePoint, or purchase additional storage at low rates (approx. 2,000₫/GB/month).
